During his tenure as Deputy Commissioner, Rioux was responsible for crucial financial operations, including the comprehensive annual financial report and supervising a staff of over 25 employees. His prior experience includes working at Sedore & Company, CPA’s, PC, focusing on municipal and nonprofit auditing.
