**Suspect Arrested for Fatal Stabbing of Moreno Valley Man**

UPDATE: A suspect has been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a 35-year-old man in Riverside, California. Authorities confirmed that John Larry Perryman, a 34-year-old Riverside resident, was apprehended after the violent incident that left Jullian Hughes dead from multiple stab wounds.

The stabbing occurred at approximately 12:20 PM on December 9, 2023, in the 3700 block of University Avenue. Upon arrival, police found Hughes suffering from severe injuries. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital but tragically succumbed to his wounds shortly after.

Perryman fled the scene but was located nearby at the intersection of 14th Street and Segewick Avenue. Police have since charged him with murder, and he is scheduled to appear in court next week.
