This free event, hosted by Pottstown CARES, promises to inspire attendees from the Pottstown School District and the Hill community.

Doors will open at 5:30 PM, and guests are encouraged to park at the CFTA lot located at 760 Beech St. Rothenberger’s compelling journey includes her experience as a female executive in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry, along with a harrowing personal story of resilience following a violent attack in 2022 that ignited her passion for empowering others.

Pottstown CARES, a collaborative community-building organization formed in 2013, aims to foster community engagement and personal growth among students. This event is the culmination of a series of professional development activities organized by CARES, including workshops and headshot photo sessions.

“Our CARES students had the pleasure of meeting Erika at one of our roundtable dinner meetings,” said Katie Scanlan, CARES Community Organizer. “They were inspired by her story and excited about sharing her skills as a speaker with our local community.”

Rothenberger, known for her impactful presentations at prestigious venues like TEDx and Princeton University, will share strategies for making clearer decisions, setting beneficial interpersonal boundaries, and boosting confidence in various aspects of life. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase her book, “Audacious Expansion: Breaking Free From Limitations to Create Your Ultimate Life,” and get it signed after the talk.

This event is vital for students, educators, and anyone looking to enhance their personal or professional skills.
