URGENT UPDATE: Residents of Meridian, get ready! Mrs. Santa Claus is arriving TODAY, December 6, 2025, for a magical visit that promises to delight children and families alike. This beloved figure will disembark from Amtrak at Union Train Station early this morning, bringing joy and holiday spirit to our community.
Starting at 10 a.m. at the Meridian Railroad Museum, Mrs. Claus will greet children and their families, sharing her famous cookies and delicious punch. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
After the tasty treats, Mrs. Claus will engage young attendees with enchanting stories from the North Pole. This year’s highlight? A special reveal that the barn where all of Santa’s reindeer live has been freshly painted a vibrant red, thanks to her dedicated helpers over the summer months.
Children will also have the opportunity to ride the museum’s miniature train—a fun experience for all! The rule is simple: if you fit, you ride. And yes, we believe Mrs. Claus will certainly fit in for this joyful adventure!
Mrs. Claus will be at the Meridian Railroad Museum until noon, making this a rare chance to meet one of the most beloved figures of the holiday season. Families are encouraged to visit the museum located at 1805 Front Street, just a short walk from the train station.
Today’s event is not just about cookies and stories; it’s about creating lasting memories. Don’t let your little ones miss out on this incredible opportunity to meet Mrs. Claus and enjoy a festive morning filled with joy and laughter. This may very well be the only time she visits Meridian, so make it a priority to stop by!
