Francis Terrance “Frank” Higgins, aged 78, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025. The funeral service is scheduled to take place at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, located at 525 Jackson Street, Anoka, Minnesota, on February 5, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Attendees are invited to join a luncheon at the church immediately after the Mass, allowing family and friends to gather and share their memories of Frank.
