UPDATE: A suspect has been arrested following the tragic death of a 56-year-old homeless man who was viciously attacked in front of a store in Houston on Tuesday. The Houston Police Department confirmed that Mannly Dolphus, aged 33, has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
The incident occurred just after 1:00 PM on Tuesday in the 10800 block of South Post Oak. Officers arrived on the scene to find the victim unresponsive and severely injured. Witnesses reported that the man was approached and knocked to the ground by Dolphus, who arrived in a silver sedan.
