UPDATE: Warren police are urgently seeking the public’s help to identify a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 12-year-old on October 23, 2023. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. near the intersection of 13 Mile Rd and Moceri Circle, just west of Schoenherr.
