Macomb Township is set to host a community-wide winter photo contest beginning on January 1, 2026. This initiative invites all residents aged 16 and above to capture and showcase the beauty of the township during the winter season. The contest aims to foster creativity and community spirit among local photographers.
Participants can submit up to three original photographs for a chance to win prizes and gain recognition. Winning entries will not only receive monetary rewards but will also be featured in Township Hall and highlighted in the local newsletter, The Macomb Minute.
Prize details for the contest are as follows:
– 1st Place: $200 gift card to Dave & Buster’s Utica
– 2nd Place: $100 gift card to Bubba’s 33
– 3rd Place: $60 gift card to Wrap & Roll Sushi
The submission period opens on January 1 and closes at 16:00 on March 25, 2026. Winners will be announced at 16:30 on April 10, 2026, during a community event.
